Item defective, seller not responding.
As other reviews say, you get what you pay for. When I tried using these wire cutters, they wouldn't cut no matter how hard I press. Upon closer inspection, I saw that there was a small gap at the tips of the wire cutters so the blades weren't actually touching. They appear to be misaligned and the tip of one side is bent. (Maybe it's hard to see in the photo since they are so small). % satisfaction. A few days later I still hadn't received a reply. Needless to say I am not satisfied. I requested a refund from Revain and received a refund. The pusher is of course fine; how can you do something wrong?
