I purchased this because I've been looking for a taller footrest pillow. This one is several inches taller than the others we own, so I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately it's not as firm as I was hoping it would be, and when putting my feet on it, it squishes down to about the same height (about 5") as shorter pillows of mine. So unfortunately It didn't work for me, but it isn't poorly made and my grandma ended up liking it, so we decided to keep it. My quest for the perfect footrest continues!
