I'm a big Scosche fan and have used them in previous cars. When I upgraded to the iPhone 10 I was hoping to use wireless charging. I removed my old Scosche magic magnet mount and replaced it with this one. My old mount was rock hard. It's not like this. It works but I'm afraid the phone will fall out and I've knocked the phone out of the stand several times. I drive an FJ Cruiser and installed the USB port to the left of the steering wheel. With my setup you run the risk of turning off the phone or mount. While this wasn't the case with my old mount, I wouldn't recommend it unless you install it somewhere safe in the middle of the car.
