Outstanding quality and design!
My 10lb Italian Greyhound mix loves it! It fits him perfectly and keeps him warm in the water and on the beach. He doesn't like rain or wind so that's great! At first I bought a size larger (I made a mistake by not measuring!) but I liked the product so much I kept the larger size to give to my friend who has a nonprofit dog rescue organization cooperates. It is of high quality and great design. The photo does not show the excellent quality very well.
