Review on 📻 10 Inch Rubber Duck Portable Magnetic Mount CB Radio Antenna and Coax 27 MHz by Christian Poojary

Bought to replace the 36" CB Cobra CBRHGA1500 300W Medium Magnetic Base Load antenna I bought here last year. The Cobra worked great and apart from the initial problem that it was missing a set screw when i got it would recommend it.but i bought a new car,a 2014 jeep patriot and the cobra became a liability.the patriot has a series of channels and grooves running the length of it Extend the length of the car and at freeway speeds the track gets under the antenna and rips that sucker off the car's body and then the deer rips the guts off the doorknob and since I didn't want my new car to have dents I knew I had to do something else needed. After checking out Revain here and asking a question I settled on this one. It has a 3" magnetic base and fits perfectly in the R illen and remains attached. I only give it 3 stars because the sensitivity is significantly lower than the Cobra. I don't catch all the traffic I have with the Cobra. (Which is actually nice - LOL!) I'm not tired of transmitting with it yet, but I assume it has a lower effective range as well. For a car with a smaller footprint, this is probably acceptable, but not great. From the point of view of the antenna, the bigger the better. I like that I don't have to park the jeep and remove the antenna before driving into the shed.
