I use this flashlight for work, it is very durable. It works great with rechargeable batteries. I have problems using batteries with other headlamps. The battery life is really good. I use this light every day and the battery usually lasts 3 days. The luminous flux is quite low. motion detection bites. When I'm working in the panel, it picks up my hand movements and keeps turning on and off. Even movements like putting glasses on your face turn it off. The only time it was really useful was when I was walking through the woods at dusk when the lights were out and something along the way was making a lot of noise. I waved my hand in front of the light to turn it on and it lit up, but went out as soon as I took my hand down. The motion activation is very cumbersome, so I don't use this feature.
