This should be simple and straightforward for any gamer. You install the included dongles into the micro USB charging port on the front of each controller, the dongles are thin, fit nicely on the bottom of the controller and don't get in the way at all. The controllers are then simply placed into the charging dock, which features electrical contacts that mate with key contacts mounted on the controllers. Very simple design and even easier to use. I've read previous reviews that said they had trouble charging the controllers correctly - this must be down to human error and product abuse. I gently insert each controller into its slot and it charges up. This charging station plugs into an outlet, so you don't have to tie a USB port. There are also two controller icon lights on the base that light up when either controller is charging and turn off when it's charging. It is so easy.
