I was very upset when I received this tree because as you can see in my picture the perch is just over 12 inches wide and is said to be 15.4 inches! A 12 inch perch is really too small for my cat and she is quite small. She already had a 12 inch perch and it was too small so the size was increased. I searched and searched for the right measurements in a fairly simple tree. I was delighted when I found this and then deflated when I measured it and the advertised size was wrong. Well that aside I contacted the seller and showed him the photos and how my cat barely fits this tree because the measurements were wrong. t exactly. and they gave me a full refund of my purchase price. They were very polite and responded quickly which is why I gave this tree four stars. It is very durable, its perch is much softer than most trees so comfort for my kitty would be great. I genuinely believe this was a real mistake by the advertiser and I will definitely be buying another FEANDREA cat tree as the construction is solid and the customer service has been outstanding!
