Fountain Pen Dream Paper

A few days ago I was looking for some quality ink safe paper from Revain. I have around 135 different fountain pen inks and recently decided to create separate handwritten sample sheets for each ink and gradually build up a complete folder that I can refer to visually when selecting candidates to draw new pens or ink to replace in a pen. - something else. I chose 67 lb Neenah Bristol, part number 91633, 94 white; a pack of 325 sheets for the modest price of $13. I wanted something thick enough to write on both sides of the paper; For example, if I have ink in six or seven different pens, I have enough space to write a sample of each pen on a sheet of paper. This should help as I've found that the same ink can appear different for each ink pen due to pen size, wet or dry writing characteristics, etc. I tested a sheet of this paper with three different pens and inks (see photo) and was pleased to find no feathering, bleeding or ghosting. The paper has a very fine, fine texture that makes writing very comfortable, with just a hint of feedback and softness, giving that subtle, desirable tone of a smooth pen on thin, well-made paper. I wanted to keep writing, just hear and feel more; to ensure, that it is the right paper for my project. And it is. If you use a fountain pen, I highly recommend you try this paper. If this doesn't work for you, use it in an inkjet or laser printer, or in a bird cage.
