The first bottle I ordered looked like it had been in someone's suitcase for the last 5 years along with rocks. It also had almost no odor and was only very, very slightly cloudy. And the bottle was sticky and not full. I contacted Revain and they sent a replacement. Well that was worse. There is no cap and the bottle was full of water. No clouds. I use this product CONSTANTLY on my girls hair and it's usually a cloudy white. I don't know what will be sent but it is not a real product. It went in the trash. Luckily customer service returns my money and looks at the listing so they don't scam another unsuspecting customer.
