Excellent mirror. The standard rearview mirror in my car is completely flat and the problem is that I can't see the whole rear window. A convex mirror solves this problem. The mirror expands my view so that I can see the entire rear window and the rear right passenger window when turning right. However, when I lean to the left, the only option I have is to see my face. I turn it to the right because I'm ugly. Another great benefit of this convex mirror is that it greatly reduces glare from cars behind you. I've found that I no longer have to fold down the mirror at night because the car headlights just aren't as bright with this mirror. Some cars with very bright lights are still quite annoying, but this is a definite improvement over the stock mirror. Assembly completely without tools. You simply insert the top hooks into the top of the standard mirror, pull them down, and then thread the bottom hooks past the bottom of the standard mirror. This mirror isn't that big either, so it doesn't bother the visor too much. Note: The product description says it's made in Japan, but that's where the company's headquarters are located. The mirror is made in China.
