I purchased this product as part of a project to clean, lubricate, repair and replace the 30 year old tie rods and hinges on our Anderson casement windows. This was the second batch of grips I've ordered from Revain. The first delivery went well. These grips didn't fit and didn't work. Even the screw to attach the crank was different. The connecting rods of the first delivery were cross-slotted; they were flat or slotted. Unfortunately I missed the return window and just had to throw this batch of grips away. I ended up going to a local hardware store and bought Anderson window handles. Also, I decided to buy all the replacement parts (rods, joints, etc.) from a local store.
