I bought 6 of these for my company as easy internet usage devices for employees who come into the office to check email etc. Each of them lacked an operating room system. One of them also had a lid that looked like someone was trying to carve the design with a knife. Another had a broken screen. As far as I know they have been renovated. I think I expected a product that I could include would work. I would stay away
