Review on Leathercraft Flattening Pliers Clamp - Leather Edge Adjustable Press for Bags and Belts by Kim Sanchez

When I opened the package I knew I would send them back immediately. They are definitely not flat when fully closed and there is no tension in the pliers at all. They just fell apart when I took them out of the box. I definitely couldn't use this on the wallets etc I make now as they didn't close completely flat and the edges weren't as clean as I remember, there were some burrs on the edges etc it would scratch my skin . I'm only giving 3 stars because technically they probably work well if you use them on heavier/thicker leathers in the 9/10 oz range. At this price, don't expect miracles. Lesson learned - good tools cost $$$.
