I waited a bit before writing this review but so far I've definitely noticed a firming effect on my neck. I put this cream on my chest and neck twice a day but I didn't want to look too soon so I checked my neck again after a week and a half and at rest my neck was noticeably tighter. Love the pump - it pushes out a lot of cream so be careful as it doesn't take much; This cream goes far! The only drawback is the smell. But it's not a smell, you don't feel anything after it's absorbed, so it doesn't really clash with the smell of other products.
