Mine worked when I received it.
Worked on arrival. Drives dual monitors with rear DP to HDMI cables. Happy little thing. No problem upgrading Windows 10 or adding Office 2019. It takes up almost no space, so I keep it on my desk (it's under the left monitor in case you missed it). I have no regrets going from a monoblock to a second monitor. The information says some things were updated just before shipping, so I appreciate that the seller took the time to at least include it before shipping.
