When you're ordering a new glass panel for your iPhone (or any internal parts), nine times out of ten you're not doing it because you want it, you're doing it because your phone doesn't work and it causes you problems and stress. The last thing you want is trouble ordering parts, shipping, or installation. This is far from my first renovation, but it's one of the best experiences I've had. You can see the attention to detail in the product description and here is my rundown of the process: Shipping - I paid $2.99 to get it same day and it arrived as promised, keep me updated . Receipt - I opened the package and started the installation; Professionally packaged (really, expected?), screen in a hard plastic case, tools, a card (which sealed really well!) and even a protective film. Everything is nicely packed, not clogged. Installation is smooth and reliable. Everything aligned, connectors well mated, transferring some necessary parts went smoothly, sealant applied as directed, and the screen lit up as soon as I turned it on. Tight seam with back - no gaps. Great screen (as expected) and it looks, works and feels like a new phone. It's no surprise that everything went as advertised and just like mine, but as you've no doubt experienced, things don't always go perfectly. QTlier made my screen work and I trust them. I appreciate it and highly recommend this screen replacement.
