I've been upgrading to a car with a sunroof so I needed a dog guard that doesn't have legs or anything that needs to be glued to the ceiling - it doesn't do exactly what I needed for this purpose "get in the way" of the legs and things used to stabilize it. However, this makes the gate quite weak, it moves a lot and if you have two large dogs they can easily move and swing it if they intend to be in front with you. It takes a bit of work and exercise to do, so it's a good ride gate, but if you rush into the store or make your pups wait in the car for a second, they're more likely to crawl under. It's a good product, it does its job, it's a great price and it's easy to install! IF you have Houdini, this may not be the best option!
