I love this backpack. I love that there are places to leave a water bottle or grab an umbrella. I also like that the zip is on the side of the back with two hidden zips on the front for quick access to the phone or whatever. What I really hate about it are the straps. The buckle slides over the straps instead of staying in place and it annoys me every time I wear it. But other parts of my review keep me from getting rid of it because otherwise it's really nice and functional.
