Review on Hamilton Adjustable Quality 300 Pound Weanling by Jemar Lorenzo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty well built decent fit what I expected

Check out my review of the 3/4 adjustable shot vs this 3/4 quality adjustable shot to see the difference see. /burn (melt) style holes for straps. I prefer grommets but other adjustable models have them and they are very fragile. I found it decent and fairly durable. It's not as premium as the Hamilton but still one of the best pony/mini halters for the money. I like color, but I don't spend $5-8 on beauty. These things are too easy to hit. My girls are very comfortable in their halters and easy to put on even when jumping to play. I would buy them again. I don't buy non-adjustable ones, I have them too, but they fit nicely around the nose. But they don't have that ringing glide if that bothers you or her. I also don't buy a bar as it's less secure for me and could break or catch on something else. These two are always in trouble! I will buy more. I will also try them on my big horses. They usually wear rope halters because they give them better responsiveness and control. But there aren't many suitable rope halters for small horses (which they probably need the most)

Pros
  • Just thick
Cons
  • Not bad but...
