I have a terrible back - severe osteochondrosis with sciatica to the foot. My old back brace was wearing out and I wanted something more durable but also more comfortable. This bracket is fantastic. Wear it low around your hips. The belt loop is on the right thigh. It's a little uncomfortable at first, but this feature makes this brace really comfortable for bending, sitting, or squatting. The strap itself isn't very stretchy, but it does have two side straps that stretch so you can adjust the tension the way you want it. The way the belt fastens, passing it through the buckle and folding it back, prevents it from coming loose. The real test - it significantly reduced my sciatica.
