I bought this pan primarily to boil eggs and I have to say it works great. I love fried eggs, but I've always had a hard time flipping them without breaking the yolk. This pan eliminates that problem. Some of the negative reviews here include complaints that the pan can leak around the edges when flipped. Well, if your kitchen sink is anywhere near the stove, which I'm sure, just hold the pot over the sink. Don't hesitate to turn around. Just a gentle and gentle motion is enough. It's really the best you can expect from a pan like this, but it's still more than worth the money.
