This is perhaps the lowest rating I have ever written on a product. Cons - Assembly was difficult due to holes or alignment. If you read other reviews you will see that this is a common problem. Customer Service - I think I'm so used to ordering from Revain that I forgot you have to deal with customer service if you order from other companies here - I've never been able to get a replacement door and parts and I can do not mind misplaced and the warped door I have. I guess I'm spoiled and just not used to people who don't really stand behind their products. 3) We use it with the doors closed - and I feel silly about the cost, now it's an open bookshelf and I've come to store all the ideas my toiletries have on it. Advantages. That is very nice. I can see it's beautiful without doors so I can only imagine how beautiful it could be. Guess it's lucky if you screwed up or not.
