My Dell Latitude 3540 did NOT recognize this device! It's happening now!
Cannot display. I have an adapter to test the thing. If it doesn't work I have to send it back. I later spent some time on this and realized that I should just be quiet and let Windows fix the problem with some Windows update drivers. and after restarting the laptop, the 2nd disk began to see. It works out.
