Connectors have loose connections.
Firstly, the connectors in the photo have a + - sign, and the ones received do not. The connections are loose and do not support LEDs or all colors. Tried a number of different connectors and swapped out the LED strips to confirm. Elbow, tee and 4-way seem good if the connectors were of better quality. The connectors that came with the LEDs had a dual strip on the locking tab that held the LED strip firmly in the connectors. They only have a narrow strip and don't hold the LEDs together very well.
