Many curved sticks

*Update. I am increasing them from 3 to 4 stars because they are much better quality compared to craft store chopsticks and have more useful chopsticks. These craft sticks are great for all kinds of projects! I'm using them to build a miniature house, frame and all, so for now I've been looking at a few boxes. Many of these rods are curved, gouged, and unsuitable for applications that require relatively straight rods. If I had to guess I'd say at least a few hundred of them were bent and at least 75-100 are very brittle so they just fall apart when cut. They take paint and stain as well as hot glue very well. . I use a high temperature gun and have never had a problem with sticks falling off or detaching. In fact, there have been a few times where I've ruined siding and clapboards and needed a small knife to rip them off! The miniature house (a tall two story house with a full roof) is light weight and the craft sticks can easily support some weight with the right supports. Other materials adhere well to it, including wood, plastic, and Lexan (which I use for windows). Hot glue won't stick to temperature-retaining surfaces like stone and glass, although most people won't need it anyway, so I'd suggest a different glue, but that's a topic for another review. All in all great craft sticks. Perfect for all children's crafts and ideal for adult crafts too. A great way to let your imagination run wild. A pack of 1000 is great because you have practically unlimited things to play with and any pieces you don't use or cut can be mixed up in the garden as they are 100% real wood.
