As my tests showed, these sneakers are not only extremely lightweight but also provide excellent cushioning for any type of activity .I wore them for a 5k run and felt like I was running on clouds. The breathable material allowed my feet to stay cool and dry throughout my workout. The only downside is that the sizing runs a bit large, so I had to exchange them for a smaller size.
