Great winter hat! for my opinion
Great for cold evenings out!, very attractive! I bought it because reviews stated that it was too large, it was not large at all. I usually look for size 23” headwear and this one is quite snug. However the headband has a elastic and is a lot more comfortable for us people with bigger heads! No elastic on the hat.
- Love the color and fit great for inclement weather.
- The scarf may not be long enough to drape and style in various ways
