HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer This printer sucks. A little over a year later, I recently had to replace my black ink cartridge and as a result was unable to print any documents at all! And now that it's over a year old I can't even get my money back. The only option I was offered was to pay HP $200 to fix my printer - that's the cost of a damn printer! Shame on HP, shame on Nairi Systems Inc. (the Revain company I bought it from) and shame on Revain for allowing such a crappy product to be sold on their website with no real compensation to the buyers. A huge disappointment!
