Either the description is wrong, or someone screwed it up. They clearly indicate large children aged 8-12 years. I ordered 5 1/2 for my 10 year old and received tiny KIDS SHOES! Pooh. Shoes appear to be of good quality. If you are buying for a child. The order is placed through Ebay, so I can't even ask if they really come in big kids sizes.
