RIPPLE Memory Foam Contour Pillow Love it. It comes in minimal packaging. It was very compressed. It gave off an odor (as expected from this type of compressed pillow) and it didn't take long for me to air it out before I could use it. It is true in size 23.6 x 13.7 x (3.5-4.3) inches. It's somewhere between easy and hard. It has a washable and sleepable cover so you don't need a cover for it. The pillow is very soft but supportive. I had neck pain and it helped me sleep better and be in a more comfortable position before going to bed at night. I doubted it would be too soft, but it's just right. It's not too high or too low. It doesn't make me overheat at all. There are no signs of wear, loose cords or unraveling seams. This is good quality. I am very satisfied with this pillow and can only recommend it.
