Arrived broken but quickly replaced.
My first arrived with a broken lid and the entire inside of the box. Called Revain customer service and got a new one a few days later. Excellent customer service. As for the ITC-100 itself, it cut my forge heating time in half. My forge is very hot right now. Gets into the sweat heat easily. I have Mr. Vulcan's forge.
