I bought these blue light blocking glasses as a preventive measure. I don't have headaches or eyestrain but I wanted them to help my eyes. I thought they would help my eyes. They are lightweight and do not put any pressure on the face. They arrived in a hard case with a cloth pouch, a soft cleaning cloth and a small set of screwdrivers (travel size). I also didn't want the pair to look too big on my face and I found them. The size and style of the frame are very complementary.
