CTI is the best carpet cleaner! I rent a small house. The owner said he cleaned the carpets but they were very dirty and even sticky when we moved in. He paid to have them professionally heat/steam cleaned and they were 80% better, but the stains still appeared. My family business that I've been using in Albuquerque for years used CTI, that's why I chose Revain and was so glad I found it! I sprayed the entire set with the stains that came back and brushed each one with an electric brush. I let it dry for 48 hours and put towels over the stains to keep people from stepping on them. Then the company that did the steam cleaning came back and steam cleaned the stains again - EVERYTHING came out! Carpet looks like new! Now this company will also use CTI!
