PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK - TERRIBLE GOODS

Does not clean well. It is extremely difficult to see how much dirty water/soap is left. Extremely difficult to empty completely and impossible to clean. CARPET DESTROYED: I was using the upholstery tool to clean our sofa and the underside of the machine ruined the carpet near our sofa (looks like the machine chewed through the carpet but I was only using the upholstery tool) - see photo (damage circled in blue).
