This balance bike has a very solid construction and I say this because I used to build bikes and now I was surprised at how well this bike was built. It's even better than some of the $100+ bikes that don't come with a rear yoke with plastic protection. Assembly time is less than five minutes, especially if you have worked on the bike in the past. There aren't any sharp edges or details that I would personally be concerned about, especially with my kids who grew up on balance bikes like this. The bearings are nice and smooth and the handlebars are solid, as is the seat, overall stiffness and quality make this bike worth buying 😀👍
