I bought this product with doubts at first due to the lack of reviews. However, I've used it for 1 week and can't complain about it. I have a home desktop and a work laptop and was looking for a product that would seamlessly switch the display/mouse/keyboard between the two computers. My work laptop is a Mac Pro and my home PC is a Ubuntu/Win10 dual boot. Switching between all 3 operating systems is seamless. The Mac laptop seems to take longer to rearrange windows when more displays are connected, which is normal even without the switch. On the other hand, the transition to Ubuntu and win10 is almost instantaneous. Keyboard and mouse react immediately after switching. I bought the option with 4 HDMI ports instead of 2 because I would like to connect an old computer at some point. Also, I like the hotkey feature when I don't want to reach the device. There are two sets of hotkeys based on Ctrl and ScrollLock that can be toggled if a set conflicts with other applications. There are other products that offer a wired remote control that is not needed with the hotkey function. If I have to name one area of improvement, it might be the addition of more USB ports. Now it only has 2 ports. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse combo receiver, leaving 1 port open. However, if the mouse and keyboard each require 1 USB port, both ports will be occupied. An additional USB port can be useful for accessories such as USB speakers, USB sticks, etc.
