There were issues and Amazon took care of it straight away with returns and refunds so I could order another. Revane, as always, in the top five. However, I suggest that you order an item that is either supplied/sold by Revain or at least made by Revain if it doesn't work. The first one I ordered was defective but the second one worked perfectly (ordered from FivestarExperience with great results!). Ordered a new Lenovo ThinkPad Dock in an open box and had to return it. I ordered another used one which stated it was in "excellent working condition" and was very satisfied. The new one was essentially DOA: I kept losing connection when turning on and plugging in the attached monitors and keyboard/mouse. I would assume that a new driver is needed or the USB cable is defective, except I have an identical device working with the same laptop and I have been able to test all cables and drivers on this working component. If you have installed the driver executable and tested the monitor cable(s) but the connection is still broken, I recommend that you return the product. When the dock is working properly, installation/setup is very simple and essentially "plug and play".
