Customer service is terrible they don't even know their own product and are not helpful at all! The instructions are misleading and tell you to first "pour" the repair paste over the area, let it dry, THEN apply the paint. It sounds like I wanted to use two materials, one to fill and the other to stain and cover the repair. Although there is really only one application of paint that can be used over and over again as needed, and it doesn't "pour" in any way as advertised. After application I'm not thrilled, the scratch is still visible after a few tries. Should have gone with a more expensive product line, that's what I get when I'm trying to save money. Not worth that much money
