Great for office or non-cardio exercise
Since they are not uncomfortable, they allow your foot to slide too much. I find myself dropping my toes for traction on hills. Although these are slip-ons, that's to be expected. They never hurt my feet and are great for light walks or shopping trips. Excellent price.
