Review on Europa Fine Linens Matelasse Coverlet by Meagan Thompson

I like this bedspread, although I notice that it has shrunk the wrong way. Based on other reviews I bought a king size bedspread for my queen bed and quickly washed it (some smell came out of the package anyway). I didn't measure the bedspread before washing but after a gentle wash and tumble dry low it now measures 102 x 87. I wish it didn't shrink so much in width and even more in length as the corners still do drag across the floor. Also note that one side is straight and the other three are curved, limiting the duvet to 90 degrees. And the scallop seems more pronounced in person than in the picture. Oh, and ivory is ivory but looks a little closer to white (and less beige) than in the picture.
