Update: After further discussing the issue with Twinkly support, they agreed to send me a replacement item. I appreciate that a company stands by their product and does so without commitment and it's definitely worth adding a few stars to my original overall rating. I bought these Twinkly bulbs in September to use on our Christmas tree this year. I fitted them to our tree and went through the setup process and while they weren't perfect, they worked as advertised. A day later we noticed that the light turned itself off every now and then. I did a factory reset and turned the light back on hoping that would fix the problem. Unfortunately it isn't. On another day, the light was not left on for more than 5 minutes before death. I spoke to Twinkly support and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a hardware issue. As I bought these lamps a few months before using them, I now have no option to return the product. Warning to everyone who is buying, check your lamps carefully as soon as you receive them or you will lose your money.
