I thought I'd write a review later, but I was forced to. Took for work, colleagues interfere. Noise canceling makes things π, silence in the sense. I like the sound quality, the quality of the materials, the design, the noise reduction. In general, super headphones, but problems got out in the first week of use. This is sad. For me, Sony has always been not an empty phrase, but every time itβs as if marketers donβt let them finish their products. Bought the blue one first. On the second day of use, I walked down the street in them and there was no limit to disappointment. The clicks/crunches were very loud, not just annoying, but they were inaudible only at 90-100% volume. I called Sony, the answer is SC. For me, this is 120 km one way and about a month of waiting for a device for 30k, which does not have a week. I decided to exchange in the store for another color. Exchanged for beige, but the crunch is present here. Now quieter, but on both ears. Either I had luck on vacation when they gave me the second, or I donβt understand how this crunch doesnβt interfere with the majority. Question for Sony: Have you fixed this problem for at least one person, or are you still unrepairable? If so, then according to the reviews there are a lot of the same cases to just keep silent. To dangle in Hong Kong time I have almost 1000 round trip and a day of time, but I will need at least twice. If you offer, where is the guarantee that you will not refuse to acknowledge the defect and who will compensate for travel expenses? In short, as no one was responsible for this and does not bear. And it doesn't matter if you buy a flagship or not.
