Review on ☕️ Enhanced Energy JoyJolt Pila Double Insulated Coffee by Major Callaham

These mugs are very cute. That being said, they also look fantastic with fancy coffee crema. This is where the good ends. They look more like a fancy teacup. The handle is small. The first time I used one, it slipped out of my hands and scattered across the floor in a shower of tiny shards of silvery glass. Not so good for quartz countertops. The glass may be insulated but it's very thin - good wine glasses I guess....definitely not for me in the morning. Update: I had to update my rating - I just added another star, the seller just contacted me and offered me either a full refund or a replacement. I asked them to replace just one cup as that was the only side affected. This level of customer service is impressive and rare. It's very nice that they addressed me like that, I didn't ask for a replacement as it was my own morning clumsiness. The fact that they made this offer made me a very happy (but still clumsy) buyer.
