It has been marked as BROKEN CHAIN!

Received this item today and opened it as a surprise for my daughters. Unfortunately, my chain was in a separate small bag that said "broken chain". I don't understand why they still send it knowing it's broken and can't be fixed. I am very disappointed and plan to return it.
