Yes the rotor fits the 99 spindle perfectly
My old rotor had M 12-175.0 lugs. This rotor, supplied by Revain, had larger tire studs, M 14-2.0. Ford used a larger bolt in their later F 150. I have a 1999 F 150 2WD v 6. Yes the rotor fits the 99 spindle snugly. But the DuraGo BR54092 didn't have the original smaller lugs that accept M 12-174.0 tips. note .
