Great product and even better customer service

Jeep Wrangler JK owners must have this unit. As Cheezpuff can attest, this thing works great as a 360Β° bird's eye view camera. You can even drive at night with limited lighting. I have a factory 430N radio and I have paired this unit with a PAC BCI-CH21 backup camera/navigation unlock interface (for some Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM vehicles). The PAC has 3 programmable wires that control camera activation - I set it to auto reverse and when any of my turn signals light up. I installed it in an empty space behind the glove box and hung the USB plug in the box for easy access. Routing the wires was a breeze (at the same time I installed a 10" Rockville RW10CA 800W amplified car subwoofer and wiring harness under the seat, and I used the passenger side hole in the firewall without drilling). The only thing I had to plug into the cigarette lighter for extra power. After everything was set up, I went for a test drive and saw cracks in the sidewalk and a curb in my blind spot. I sent Lucy some firmware questions. and updating the car image. She sent me the instructions (it's one bitmap with a second bitmap for the black and white outline masking). Should be pretty easy once I get a chance to exit GIMP for editing. Lucy's excellent customer service for sure. The only problem is that my side cameras are pointing slightly forward, where I'd like them to be. That's because I installed them as "pods" with line clips on my A-pillar (because the mirrors on the Wrangler come off with a door). So you're capturing Wran Gler's wing extensions a bit more than I'd like and therefore blocking image stitching for a 360Β° view. It's not bad, it's just more annoying that graphics colors don't mix properly. I plan to use some curtain rod mounts that hold a 35mm film canister upside down as a "stand" for my camera. This should work the same as the Cheezpuff Corner Iron, but should move the cameras a few inches away from the body, which will erase the fender flares. As soon as the time comes, I'll post a photo. Again great product, easy installation, responsive seller.
