I usually wear 8 1/2" Under Armor shoes for work. I love shoes from Under Armor. Otherwise I wear 7 1/2 for everything else. but I had to try on in person in store first I need these shoes at 9 when I will be up all day (I'm a chef I stand up all day) otherwise great shoes
