I was lucky to have looked at the size chart. This is cute, but really hard to get on, in fact I wasn't able to and have to return it. Once I would get one snap and lock in place and try for the next the first one would pop out. I tried several times and gave up. I wish it was a hook closure it would have been perfect. I'm giving it 3 stars, not because it's not beautiful, because it is, but because those locks are just that bad and frustrating.
