Custom installation for a 2013 Prius 4 connected to a Pioneer w8500 Avic head unit. There's just no acceptance. move the antenna several times, and unless you are directly under the TV channel transmitter, you will not get a signal. I would like a refund or exchange as many people have given high marks and said it works well. I have an older tuner in another car that's half the price that picks up a lot of stations with a smaller antenna than this thing. Unfortunately, these devices are no longer available or I would buy another one. So 99.9% of the time I get a blank screen and sometimes I get a signal for a split second and then it goes blank again no matter where I place the antenna. I think I'll remove one from the gas guzzling truck, put it on a Prius and throw that piece of shit in the trash, hence my 1 star rating.
